The South By Southwest (SXSW) Film & TV Festival has kicked off in Austin, Texas and Sean Chandler Talks About is on the ground attending some of the biggest premieres and happenings.
First up, Doug Liman’s update to the 1989 cult classic Road House, which premiered on Friday, March 8th, 2024. Billed as a reimagining, the tagline reads, “ex-UFC fighter Dalton takes a job as a bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse, only to discover that this paradise is not all it seems.” The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Daniela Melchior, Billy Magnussen, Jessica Williams, Joaquim de Almeida, Conor McGregor, Lukas Gage and many more.
