Mikey Sutton of Geekosity and Syl Abdsul of SYLABDUL INC recently spoke with Dr. Jeffrey Silverman, Senior Director of Samba TV (a “content recommendation engine and viewer tracking application”) to discuss Zack Snyder’s Justice League. You may remember that the original numbers released didn’t paint a rosy picture, but according to Silverman, “The Snyder Cut beat almost every other movie we looked at (upon its release on HBO Max),” beat out only by Wonder Woman 1984. The latter began to level off in viewership in its third day, whereas Zack Snyder’s Justice League continued to trend upward, likely due to positive word-of-mouth. Specifically, the four-hour film was watched by approximated 3.7 million households in the first 39 days. Warner Bros. continues to remain quiet about it.
