L.A. County Asks Film & TV Productions To Pause

As the COVID-19 pandemic rages on, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is recommending that film and television production takes a pause for a few weeks as the county continues to see a surge in new cases. For reference, November 1st saw about 1,200 cases, while now there is a consistent reporting of 13,000-plus cases a day. The film industry has been doing rather well with instituted procedures in response to the pandemic, even being praised by the department.
