Johnny Karate is an uncle! Well, not really, but Chris Pratt (who played the goofy character on Parks and Recreation) will play an uncle to a boy seeking to excel in karate. Described as a comedy, The Black Belt will also be produced by the actor and is currently in development at Monarch Media.
