Directors Replaced, Footage Scrapped For ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ Reboot

After only one week of filming, Lionsgate must not be happy with what they are seeing out of the upcoming reboot of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Directors Andy and Ryan Tohill have departed due to creative differences, replaced by David Blue Garcia. The film, expected to be a direct sequel to the 1974 original, will start over after the studio tossed early footage.
