Zack Snyder joined the crew at JusticeCon 2020 today to chat about his version of Justice League, coming to HBO Max in 2021. Here is a quick rundown of what we learned.
- A new t-shirt was revealed, designed by Snyder and a collaborator, that recognizes the fan involvement in the film. These shirts will be free to the first 1000 people at DC FanDome on August 22nd, then for purchase.
- A clip was shared from Snyder’s version of the film showing Henry Cavill’s Superman in his black suit. The scene was released as a deleted scene with the Blu-Ray of 2017’s Justice League, but recolored. See the clip below at the 31:44 mark.
- While the official announcement as to whether the cut will be released as a series or film will come at DC FanDome, Snyder’s comments today strongly hint at a series.
- Also at DC FanDome, we’ll find out the official title and a new teaser.
Snyder also once again thanked the fans for their support, as well as the people at HBO Max, who he said have been “utterly amazing” and “so supportive.”
