The COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc on the release calendar, this time with Paramount moving two of its tentpole films. A Quiet Place 2, starring John Krasinski and Emily blunt, has moved to April 23, 2021 while Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick will. bow on July 2, 2021.
Beyond those two films, Jackass moves to September 3, 2021 and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 speeds into April 8, 2022.
